Training Topics

I have learned to be patient with training people. I am apart of the "Who to ask" program at Home Depot. This means that if a new associate is confused, my name is on the wall of one a the many people they shouls feel safe asking a question they might not know the answer to.

Directly I have taught cashiers who started after me the ropes of cashiering. I have taught them the dos and don'ts of returns. I have also taught associates the grueling process of the Service Desk.

I love teaching new associates different things. I like knowing that they will get what they learned from me. This give me great satisfaction.
